This is another step in my life where i will be challenged not to give into pretentiousness via the media of clothing.
This is somewhat, an experiment.
Everyone has been to a country and bought something that will make them look like one of the locals, for example: lioncloths, berets, cork hats etc. yet when they come back to their home country they will inevitably look like an utter pillock and regret their purchases.
This always happens to me.
And it has to stop.
Knowing how pretentious and I can be, i am going to attempt to resist the american style and inject some of my own to people that i meet.
However, there is a 90% change that i will end up caving and wear new-era caps with a t-shirt stating that i went to ‘YALE’, a starbucks in my hand and a paper contract to ‘16 and pregnant’ in the other.
